Here are 8 exercises that can help you gain weight:

1. Squats: Start by standing with your feet shoulder-width apart and your arms extended out in front of you. Lower yourself down as if you were going to sit in a chair, keeping your back straight and your core engaged. Push through your heels to return to standing.

2. Deadlifts: Start with your feet hip-width apart, a barbell on the ground in front of you. With your core engaged and back straight, lower your body and grab the barbell with an overhand grip. Keeping your back straight and core engaged, push through your heels to lift the barbell up.

3. Push-Ups: Start in a plank position with your hands slightly wider than your shoulders. Lower your body until your chest nearly touches the ground, then push back up to starting position.

4. Bent-Over Rows: Start by standing with your feet hip-width apart and your knees slightly bent. Bend forward at the hips, keeping your back straight, and grab a dumbbell in each hand. Pull the weight up to your chest, then lower it back down.

5. Lat Pull-Downs: Secure a bar in a pull-down machine and sit down with your back straight. Grab the bar with an overhand grip and pull it down to your chest, then extend your arms to bring the bar back up.

6. Chest Press: Start by lying on your back with a dumbbell in each hand. Press the weights up until your arms are straight, then lower it back down to starting position.

7. Lunges: Start by standing with your feet hip-width apart and hands on your hips. Step forward with one foot and lower your body until your back knee is nearly touching the floor. Push through your front heel to return to standing.

8. Shoulder Press: Start by standing with your feet shoulder-width apart and a dumbbell in each hand. Press the weights up over your head until your arms are straight, then lower them back down to starting position.

We hope these exercises help you reach your goals!
