HOW TO BOOK A FITNESS SESSION

Uncomfortably Fit

Workout Lesson

Booking a fitness session with me is very simple. All you need to do is email or text me with your name and city/area.


After you contact me. I will forward you my fitness questionnaire. Once you complete my fitness questionnaire. We will schedule time to meet and complete our first workout together.


Always remember: You Don't Have To Be Great To Start, But You Have To Start To Be Great. - Lets Work.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Uncomfortably Fit

Please note that once you have booked an appointment with me it means that I have reserved time in my schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will NOT be refunded. 

To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.
